Q:   What services can you provide?
A:   We specialize in Tenant/Buyer representation and Seller/Landlord representation in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.  We assist Tenant/Buyers through the process of acquiring buildings/space, beginning with identifying the need and resulting in the acquisition of real estate or a signed lease agreement.  Sellers and Landlords reap the benefits of the largest listed portfolios and corresponding market share for commercial real estate in the Twin Cities.

Q:  What is Welsh Companies?
A:  Welsh Companies is a full service commercial real estate firm.  Its divisions include brokerage, construction, architecture, corporate services, non-profit and financial services.

Q:  Why should I consult with a broker?
A:  As a team we complete hundreds of transactions per year.  That transaction volume provides us the market knowledge that enables us to negotiate favorable terms for our clients.

Q:  How far in advance of my lease expiration should I be looking for space?
A:  6 - 12 months is a good rule of thumb. It takes significant time to identify viable options, work with architects to plan the space(s), solicit bids from contractors, negotiate the terms of the lease and involve lawyers in the review of the lease document.

Q:  Who is responsible for leasing/brokerage fees?
A:  Landlords/sellers are responsible for compensating the brokers involved in commercial real estate transactions.
