1st Quarter 2009 Industrial Report
The Twin Cities industrial market ended the 1st Quarter 2009 with positive
net absorption of 47,671 square feet, a significant increase from last
quarter’s negative net absorption of -485,272 square feet. The vacancy
rate has risen to 9.18%, a slight increase from last quarter’s 9.11%.
Rents remain the same at $8.59 per square foot for office, and $4.60
